Q3 Review - The US Warehouse Is Live!

Dear Monoblocc Community,

 

As part of our effort to build in public, here’s our Q3 review - a transparent update on what went well, what was hard, and what’s next as we head into the final stretch of the year.

📣The US Warehouse Is Live!

After nearly half a year of preparation, our U.S. warehouse is officially live - a huge milestone that finally allows us to ship to U.S. customers again.

 

Many of you had to wait since the de minimis rule changes in April, and your patience and support have meant the world to us.

 

U.S. in-stock orders now ship directly from within the country, with delivery times as fast as 2–5 days.

📦700+ Orders Delivered

We’ve now surpassed 700+ total delivered orders, with consistently glowing feedback about the product’s versatility, durability, and…the packaging (yes - we love unboxing too!).

 

This gives us confidence that we’ve built something of lasting value - a solid foundation for a growing accessories ecosystem that we’re now ready to expand.

🏭Batch 4 in Production

Batch 4 production has been underway since September. Many components are already completed and with our main factory.

 

Our Q4 goal is to increase in-stock availability, focusing first on the Magic Rig, so that we can reduce waiting times and keep popular configurations ready to ship.

🎥Content Creation and Reviews

While we’ve sent rigs to many influencers and UGC creators, a surprising 80% never published content - and with 700 orders delivered, we’re still “only” at 18 reviews on Trustpilot (very much appreciated nonetheless).

 

To be fair, the Monitor Rig isn’t the easiest product to capture - it lives behind your monitor - and not everyone is comfortable sharing their private workspace online.

 

Going forward we’ll be producing more of our own content and carefully managing those next few creator collaborations.
