All U.S. orders are shipped via tracked ground or air services.

Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch in-stock international orders within 1-2 business days.

Typical delivery time is 10-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

All international orders are shipped via tracked air freight and sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - meaning all duties and taxes are included in your checkout price.


Lost or Damaged Items

If you provide a valid phone number at checkout, lost shipments will be covered by us.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@monoblocc.com. Damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund according to our Return & Warranty Policies.


Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, email support@monoblocc.com with your order details.

We will process your cancellation and refund if your items have not yet been dispatched.

If your order has already shipped, our Returns Policy will apply once you receive your package.
