Two parallel rods, sliding clamps and a cheese plate create mounting positions beside your monitor. The included Magic Arm lets you adjust an accessory’s angle and reach.
Paired rods resist rotation, which is useful for accessories mounted off to the side. Keep the load and its distance from the mounting point within the limits of your complete setup.
The cheese plate and the front and sides of the rod clamps provide 1/4″-20 mounting points. M12 points on the top and bottom of the clamps can take Single-Rods. Slide the clamps to position the rail, then secure them.
Choose the reach you need from the plate to the side of your monitor. The 40 cm rods extend 10 cm farther than the 30 cm rods. Check the actual mounting position and bezel clearance; the same screen size can have different proportions.
Add more reach to your existing setup. Choose a set of three rods to adapt the positions of the components you already have.
Use short extensions where you need a little more reach.
The Short Rod Kit contains 5, 10 and 15 cm rods. The Long Rod Kit contains 10, 15 and 25 cm rods.
Each option is a complete set of three rods. The selected set’s lengths are listed below its name.
An adjustable arm with a 5 cm mounting rod and connector. It gives a camera, microphone or small light more freedom of position around your screen.
Loosen the central knob to position the arm and its end joints, then tighten it to hold the chosen position.
Each kit provides one accessory mount. Choose one for a single camera or microphone, or two when you need two independently positioned accessories.
The mounting rod uses M12 at the rig. The arm’s accessory connection is 1/4″-20. Accessories with a different thread or a shoe mount need the appropriate adapter.
Two parallel rods carry a sliding clamp and a Magic Arm. Choose the reach separately above and below your screen.
Measure from the mounting points on the VESA plate toward the screen edge. Allow clearance for the Magic Arm and your accessory. Screen size alone does not determine the right rod length.
The rod illustrations use the same scale in every length button, including the Single-Rod buttons. A 20 cm rod is twice the length of a 10 cm rod; clamps and heads add to the overall kit length.
Every short Double-Rod Kit includes a Magic Arm. Adding Single-Rods provides two additional mounting heads without replacing that arm.
Choose a mounting kit independently for each position. Magic Rig Max always includes at least one short Double-Rod Kit.
Two parallel rods, a sliding clamp and an included Magic Arm. Choose 10, 15 or 20 cm for the reach, then add a pair of Single-Rods if you want two more accessory mounts.
A regular Magic Arm mounts directly on the VESA plate with its 5 cm rod. It replaces the Double-Rods and optional Single-Rods at that position.
Choose Nothing for an unused position. To use only regular Magic Arms, choose the Magic Rig. Explore the Magic Rig
Add two Single-Rod Kits to the short Double-Rod clamp. Each rod provides its own tripod head for a light or another accessory.
Choose a matching pair of 10, 15, 20 or 25 cm rods. Measure from the clamp toward the desired accessory position and allow space for the head and accessory.
The upper and lower pairs can have different lengths. Choose None to keep just the short Double-Rods and their included Magic Arm.
Each tripod head has a 1/4″-20 thread. Shoe mounts and other thread sizes need an adapter.
A rod with an adjustable tripod head for one accessory, such as a small light or camera. The length sets how far the accessory reaches beyond your screen.
The M12 base connects to the plate or a compatible rod-clamp mounting point. The tripod head has a 1/4″-20 accessory thread. Check your accessory’s connection; shoe mounts and other thread sizes need an adapter.
Measure from the rod’s mounting point to the edge of your monitor, in the direction the rod will extend. Allow room for the head and accessory. Choose from 10, 15, 20 or 25 cm; screen size alone does not determine the right length.
Each kit holds one accessory. Bundles with two Single-Rod Kits give you two separate mounting positions, for example a light on either side of the screen.
The VESA plate sits between your monitor and monitor arm. It gives the rods and Magic Arms a place to mount behind the screen.
A double-rod side has the mounting points for a pair of parallel rods. Single-Rods and Magic Arm kits use individual M12 mounting points on the plate.
The number tells you how many sides can take Double-Rods, not how many sides can hold an accessory. Choose 2× for two double-rod positions, 3× for three, or 4× for all four sides. You can rotate the plate to suit your layout.
The VESA Plate Kit includes 5 mm and 10 mm spacers. Use either size, or combine them for up to 15 mm of extra clearance between the monitor and plate. This can help with recessed mounting holes or a raised monitor back.
