Q2 2025 Update: Building in Public

As part of our commitment to building in public, we're trying out these Q2 reviews - because our customers are our most important stakeholders! We're dedicated to transparency, celebrating our wins, and openly discussing our challenges. Q2 has been quite a ride, marked by huge strides forward, incredible community growth, and a few notable bumps along the road.

🚀 Massive Growth & Positive Feedback

First, the good news: we've tripled our revenue compared to Q1! Our community continues to amaze us, confirming that the Monoblocc Monitor Rig is doing exactly what we envisioned - helping you rig your accessories exactly your way.

 

Customer satisfaction is high, and we're excited to see our Instagram community surpass 1,500 followers. Discord also hit a major milestone, with over 100 passionate users sharing their setups, ideas, and valuable feedback. Your engagement motivates us every day!

📦 Navigating the Tariff Storm

Of course, Q2 wasn't without its challenges. The biggest obstacle came from the US tariffs imposed earlier this year. This required a complete overhaul of our logistics model, significantly impacting profitability and cash flow for our most crucial market - the USA.

 

This sudden shift led to delays in our Batch 3 production, inevitably causing communication hurdles and, unfortunately, frustration among some customers. Coupled with fluctuating service quality from our existing logistics provider, we saw a spike in customer support tickets.

🔧 Improvements & Strategic Shifts

We've been proactive in tackling these issues head-on:

 

1. New US Fulfilment Strategy:
We restructured our logistics by shifting to bulk importation into the US and last-mile delivery within the country. This move resolves issues from the discontinued de minimis shipping route, significantly cutting shipping times to 2-7 days for in-stock items and offering potential cost savings for our US customers.

 

2. Upgraded Customer Support:
We've launched Intercom, a unified inbox for all our socials and email channels, enhancing response speed and consistency. Moreover, Intercom’s cutting-edge AI chatbot, is now providing instant responses 24/7 via our support button on the bottom right corner on our website. It's already handling complex questions impressively - though you're always welcome to speak directly to our team whenever you prefer. E-mails (e.g. via the contact form), social media DMs and Discord are NOT answered by AI.  

3. Dedicated Batch Production Updates:
To keep you informed, we've launched a dedicated blog section specifically for batch production updates. You can follow the status of Batch 3 right here. This update page will also now be conveniently linked from our preorder policy page, turning it into your one-stop hub for all things pre-order.

 

4. New Help Center:
We’re rolling out a brand-new help center powered by Intercom, offering improved search capabilities and deeper integration with our AI chatbot. This will become a central resource for manuals, guidance, and how-tos - helping you get the most out of your Monoblocc setup.
