Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, you must forward your original order confirmation email (which serves as your proof of purchase) to support@monoblocc.com, clearly stating the items you wish to return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Initiate the Return: Forward your original order confirmation email to support@monoblocc.com and indicate the items you wish to return.
- Acknowledge & Instructions: Our support team will acknowledge your request and provide further instructions.
- Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Choose any tracked postal service to return your item to the address provided by our support team.
- Share Tracking Details: Once shipped, send the tracking number to support@monoblocc.com so we can monitor the return shipment.
Items sent back to us without following the above steps (including not initiating a return request via email) will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We may be unable to accept returns on certain special-order or customized items. If you have any questions about your specific product, please get in touch.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need to forward your original order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded the full purchase price (excluding any original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
