Shipping Rates
Our shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order (including packaging):
All orders are shipped via tracked air freight and are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.
Shipping Times & Processing
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 8–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays).
Lost & Damaged Items
If you provide a valid phone number during checkout, lost shipments will be covered by us. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@monoblocc.com; damaged items are eligible for warranty and refund according to our standard return and warranty policies.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, please email us at support@monoblocc.com with your order details. We will process your cancellation and refund if your items have not yet been dispatched.
