Updates:

12 Dec 2025:

Brief update while we are busy managing logistics. Quality of final items of Batch 4 have been approved on Tuesday and we have inbounded the RoW orders for last mile shipment prep (Tracking Numbers should populate in the coming days - some already have). 

 

Additionally the bulk air freight shipment to our USA warehouse is scheduled to be picked up tonight. 

28 Nov 2025:

I received the first samples of Batch 4 CNC parts at my home in Hong Kong today and saw pictures of other parts. Everything looks good and on track for my factory visit in Mainland China next week to sing off on the second half of Batch 4. A couple images below!

 

The plan is to hand off the remaining Batch 4 items to logistics by the end of next week which would bring us right around on time with deadlines.

Also, the mentioned order of the second half are well on their way with first deliveries being made today!

25 Nov 2025:

Last Friday the first shipment of batch 4 arrived at our US warehouse! Today, 135 pre-orders are already being packaged for fulfilment. The "last mile" shipment to end consumer will only take 2-7 days, so we should see a lot of successfully delivered packages in the coming days!!

The second half of Batch 4 containing the double-rod kits and bundles as well as other items are still in production. Most parts have arrived at the main factory for assembly. 

07 Nov 2025:

Wolfgang went to our main factory to inspect the assembly progress of the first half of batch 4 (i.e. anything besides double-rod kits). The good news is quality is as expected and we are preparing the shipout of product to logistics. Speficically that means to USA warehouse for US orders and to Hong Kong for rest of world orders.

04 Nov 2025:

We’ve just refreshed the production and shipping timeline box above to make it simpler and easier to read.


A lot of people were confused by the old format, so we condensed everything into one clear overview. It now shows exactly which items and bundles are completed or wrapping up - some by end of October, others by end of November - followed by a breakdown of shipping times.

 

The shipping targets now present the journey from factory to doorstep:

- USA: Roughly 3 weeks total - including two weeks of bulk freight and customs clearance to our U.S. warehouse, followed by local delivery (2–7 days once it lands there).

- Rest of world: Shipping is fulfilled directly from Asia within about 2 weeks, but we’re currently moving fulfillment from mainland China to Hong Kong to improve service quality and reliability. (No timeline impact for these orders - just smoother processing going forward.)

24 Oct 2025:

Good news: Our "mini batch" (i.e. everything besides double rods) is going into assembly tomorrow (saturday). Assembly is the step were all the finished items are placed in our overkill-beautiful foam inserts and sealed in our shipping boxes. Our goal is to complete handover at the beginning of next week and arrange for shipment to the USA/ROW right after.

 

Also we ordered our Double Rod batch today with completion target end of November. Besides Double Rods, we of course added more Magic Rigs, Magic Arms, VESA plates etc. to address the growing demand. Target is to ship this batch before XMAS.

16 Oct 2025:

We are making great progress with the "not so mini" mini-batch. All parts are in production at our main factory and the third party components have arrived at the main factory with packaging foams being in quality control ahead of ship out (these factories are 30mins away from each other).

 

A couple images of packaging foams and the magic arm shipments (the images are a little rough around the edges, but the factory staff is supposed to focus on production anyways, not on photoshoots):

17 Sep 2025:

We are in production for most SKUs! 

 

A first mini-batch is expected to be completed by mid-October while the full-batch is scheduled for mid-November.

 

Single-Rods, VESA Plates and Magic Arms have started production and in fact will be completed in two stages so that we can shorten the production run for early pre-orders of our most common products. Double-Rods start slightly later and will be part of the full-batch. 

 

Exciting times as the order numbers are creeping up!
