Dear backers,

 

We are happy to announce that the majority of shipments are on the way!

 

By now our logistics provider has received and inbounded our whole first batch, pick ‘n’ packed individual backer shipments for delivery and has now sent out the majority of shipments!

 

Yes, they are on their way to you!

Tracking information:

We are gradually updating your Kickstarter accounts with shipping information and tracking links. This is a time consuming manual process, so we have prioritized the actual shipping part of the work load and for many of you the shipments have already departed, so keep your eyes peeled for updated tracking info!

Missing phone numbers:

A handful of you hadn’t given us their phone number in the address survey. This helps our couriers ensure that you get your Monitor Rig and not a porch pirate. 

 

We have directly emailed those of you who this applies to, but we take this opportunity to ask you to scan your inbox in case you missed that email from us. If you prefer not to share your number we can of course ship without it; a phone number just makes everything so much easier!

 

Also, please rest assured your phone number is being used solely for shipping purposes and not made available for other uses.

Final gift: Free Duties and Taxes!

As a final thank you for bringing Monoblocc to life and for your patience we are now shipping all backer orders DDP (delivery duty paid) and cover any taxes where they might arise. 

 

As you might recall in the campaign we had announced taxes to be a separate payment, but as a further sign of appreciation for your support and to spare all of us the time that payment collections would take, we are covering taxes and duties for free.
